St Harmon (Welsh: Llanarmon) and Pant-y-Dwr are villages in Powys, Wales, located on the Afon Marteg on the B4518 road running between Llanidloes and Rhayader. Residents and visitors are encouraged to refer to this site for information about the council and what it does and to use it as a reference for local information.
